November 13 - Pays homage to Thomas Vincent Ramos and his companions, who fought for recognition of the Garifuna people and established Garifuna Settlement Day which is now a national holiday.

Garifuna Mass
November 19th - A special religious service blending Catholic with traditional Garifuna language, music, and drumming, giving thanks for survival, faith, and cultural identity.
Ms. Garifuna Pageant
November 1st - A cultural pageant where young Garifuna women showcase traditional dances, language, history, and attire, while being judged not only on beauty but also on cultural knowledge and community involvement. The winner serves as a cultural ambassador for the Garifuna people in Belize.

November 14th - Focuses on promoting the Garifuna culture, language, history, and contributions through school programs, community talks, and cultural showcases.
All Souls Day
November 2nd - A spiritual observance to honor and pray for the souls of departed loved ones, blending Garifuna traditions with Christian practices.

Yurumein
Re-enactment
November 19th - Re-enactment of the Yurumein – A symbolic dramatization of the Garinagu’s arrival to Belize by boat, representing their resilience, migration, and settlement. It is one of the most iconic cultural highlights of the celebration.

Garifuna National Ceremony
November 19th - The national observance of Garifuna Settlement Day, featuring speeches, cultural performances, and presentations by leaders and dignitaries, formally honoring the history and contributions of the Garifuna people to Belize.
